Insurance Bad Faith
We represented the Plaintiffs in a bad faith case tried in Federal District Court in Wyoming. Our clients’ (a toolpusher and a drilling superintendent) insurance company failed to defend these working men from allegations made against them in an oil field injury case. Plaintiff recovered a verdict of $4,830,485.76 plus interest.
We represented a young married couple who adopted a baby in a lawsuit against their health insurance company. The health insurance company at first paid for the baby’s birth and later reversed the decision. Our clients were sued by medical creditors after the health insurance company reversed payments already made months earlier for the baby’s medical bills. After litigation and trial, a six figure verdict was recovered for our clients.
We represented two individuals in a bad faith case filed against Allstate insurance company for failure to tender policy limits after one of our clients was injured in an automobile accident. Trial to the Court resulted in a seven figure Judgment which was later settled for an undisclosed amount.

Unjust Dismissal
We represented a City in a lawsuit filed by a police detective who was terminated from his duties for insubordination. The plaintiff police detective dismissed his case before we called a single witness. The resolution was in favor of the City.
We represented a corporate defendant regarding an employee who was terminated after transferring across country to work in Wyoming. The case was tried to a jury. Our client offered to settle during trial and the terminated employee rejected the offer. Verdict was for our client and the employee received nothing. The verdict was appealed and upheld in favor of our client.
Construction Accidents
